Payments
The products, prices, shipping terms (place, time, etc.) are listed in your order confirmation. Payment is made before the delivery of the product and can be done by one of the following payment methods:
Cash On Delivery
By choosing cash on delivery as a payment method, you will be able to pay for your order in cash upon receipt. There is an extra charge of € 1. This extra charge is payment for the courier company representative who comes to your place or the Akis Express employee at the local store, at the time the parcel is delivered to you. In the case of cash on delivery you do not need to use a credit card or deposit money in a bank account.
In order for your order to be sent by cash on delivery, the phone number you stated must be valid because it will be used for the final confirmation.
Bank Deposit
By choosing the bank deposit as a payment method, you will be able to pay for your order with a simple money transfer. Essentially you proceed to deposit the total amount presented in the shopping cart after completing your order. Once the deposit is made, our company system will be updated automatically (via e-banking) and your order will be ready for shipment.
In case of bank deposit you will not need to give cash to the courier company representative or the Akis Express employee, as your order will have already been paid. Please note that if you choose bank transfer as your shipping method, your order will be shipped when it is determined that the transaction has been completed (after the deposit of the total amount of the order).
